[mapguide-users] configure webserver extensions with mg2.2 source code.

Hi,
Ive compiled the source code and Im running it with IIS.
Im able to start the mapguide server like this ... "mgserver.exe run"
but when I try to logon with maestro I get an error.

if I add the following module mapping:
Request path : mapagent.fcgi
Executable:
C:\Users\Birgir\Documents\Source\MgDev\Web\src\mapagent\isapi_MapAgent.dll

I get 500 internal server error when I logon.

if I change the module mapping executable to :
C:\Users\Birgir\Documents\Source\MgDev\Web\src\mapagent\MapAgent.exe

I get 502 bad gateway error.

anyone?
