[mapguide-users] Sort results alphabetically from asp query

I am using the query.aspx file and would like the attributes to show
alphabetically.  The column names show alphabetically from the SQL or SHP
source file.  The attributes do not show alphabetically.  What code is
needed to have this occur.

MGOS 2.2 on Server 2008 with IIS 7
