[mapguide-users] Plot to DWF Layers Selection

I am plotting to a DWF file that open in Design Review 2011.  Only one layer
is selectable in Design Review whereby I can view the attributes.  What has
to be done to allow the user to select any layer within the DWF and view the
attributes?
