Do you have any assembly binding redirection set up? It's looks to be loading
the v2.0 unmanaged library (as Maestro is referencing the v2.0 .net
assembly)

If assembly binding redirection fails, then rebuilding the
OSGeo.MapGuide.MaestroAPI.Native source project, referencing the 2.2
assemblies looks to be the only real solution
