Also if you want to use MgCoordinateSystem, you have to reference the
official MapGuide API (and include all the unmanaged dlls it requires).
You can omit the metersPerUnit parameter of IMappingService.CreateMap(), and
the meters per unit will be calculated by NTS, whose reliability over
MgCoordinateSystem cannot be ascertained. Should be fine for well known
coordinate systems. A bad metersPerUnit value will mess up rendering.
