What version of MapGuide are you using here? AIMS 2012?

The problem is that a new version of MapGuide may introduce new fields that
are required to be written to the runtime map state blob as part of saving
the runtime map. If we miss these new fields or write them in the wrong
order, it will cause breakage when opened again as demonstrated by the error
message you received.

So if it is AIMS 2012, what did you do to cause this error?
