Hello,

I have found the problem! The point could not be selected beacuse of another layer (with Oracle Data Resource) that was not correctly defined and was present on the same MapDefinition
 Thank you,
Iulia

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I have reproduced the issue in firefox also, but I get no error message in firebug, only the alert with the message "Problem:
The application encountered a problem and could not finish the operation you just requested properly."
With DWF viewer all works ok (the point can be selected) but with Ajax when I select a point, I get an alert with all the values /properties from the non-spatial table. After I press OK, i get the properties of the point in the "Properties" frame but the point is still not selected (no error message in firebug).

Thank you,
Iulia

can you try it in firefox with firebug and see if you can see any
further error messages? the embedded IE in studio makes
debugging very hard
