Thanks Jackie,

I updated the AjaxControlToolkit, but that didn't do it.  The other dll's
that were in the bin folder were:
- Jayrock.dll
- Jayrock.Json.dll
- lib.Json.dll
- MapGuideDotNetApi.dll
- MapGuideUnmanagedApi.dll
- MgFoundation.dll
- MgGeometry.dll
- MgHttpHandler
- MgMapGuideCommon.dll
- MgMdfModal.dll
- MgMdfParser.dll
- MgPlatformBase.dll
- MgWebApp.dll
- proj.dll
- xerec-c_2_7.dll

I started looking for updated versions of these files but could not seem to
find them.  Any suggestions on how to go about updating (or adding the
appropriate references) these remaining .dlls?
