My collegue just found that a dwf that's created from a dwg with text that is
Oblique in the dwg, renders in the dwf and MGE rotated 90degrees.

I'm not sure if that's part of any issues you were having but its certainly
something that i had never seen before, nor would I have guessed that to be
a problem.
