Files that has to be copied are:
RFPMessage.dll
RFPOverrides.dll
FdoATILSession.dll
FDORFP.dll

Im using MGE2011 (without any SP and MG 2.2 RC3).

Test connection in Maestro fails (err message is "The operation has timed out").

I remember that raster importing and displaying was just fine. Is this problem with a RC3 or new maestro version?

Run a depends.exe check on that dll. You're probably missing some extra dependencies.
