The point is that I don't have any error related to my WMS problem in my
error.log file!

To put my error in a xml structure:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> 
<ServiceExceptionReport version="1.0.0">
<ServiceException code="InternalError">
  A length exception occurred. string too long 
  <details>A length exception occurred. string too long</details> 
  </ServiceException>
  </ServiceExceptionReport>
