[mapguide-users] Workaround for multiline Feature Label

I used this Expression with no success !
 
Concat ( 'L:',  Concat (  CALC_LENGT ,  Concat ( '\n',  Concat ( 'D:', MEASURE   )   )   )   )
 
does anyone know a workaround ?
