The double q didn't work.
I'm rely despret. I remember that there was a workaround in the erlier versions.
I was hoping that there is one for v2.1

this expression dasn't work in v2.1
Concat ( 'L:',  Concat (  CALC_LENGT ,  Concat ( '\n',  Concat ( 'D:', MEASURE   )   )   )   )

It returns the following Feature lable:
<<L: 22.33 \n D: 250>>
