The OpenLayers errors go away if I change the fusion.js import to
fusionSF-compressed.js... However, now it says:

Jx.PanelManager is not a constructor
[Break On This Error] var pm = new Jx.PanelManager('PanelPane', [p1, p2,
p3]); 

I am confused since the documentation clearly has Jx.PanelManager as an
object with a constructor.
