We've kind of hijacked your thread, sorry about that Gord.  

So, if you reintroduce the jxDialog title bar which enables the move
function on the window again, how do you change the text that's generated
within that window?  By default it says "New Panel", not exactly the user
experience I'm looking for. 

I'm assuming it has to do with the jxDialog and the jxDialogLabel but I
haven't figured out how to change it.  I can see it in Firebug, but that
hasn't helped me find a solution.
