[mapguide-users] Overview Map in MGOS 2.2 Fusion Offset

In MGOS 2.2 (64 bit Windows) - the Overview map shows correctly in terms of
location and zoom, but the red box that represents where the user is viewing
the map is off in the Y coordinates for some reason.
