No, unfortunately LibraryItemName cannot be an FDO expression. It has to be
the *actual* symbol name.

Secondly it appears you are creating a layer with 2000 style rules??? Such a
layer will grind fusion in its current form to a halt. I question why you
need to style a layer in such a manner.
