Hi  Jackie,
I have checked and I dont have any mgserver exe process running, except for
the one I am testing.

I have already in the IIS under ISAPI and CGI restriction (or web server
extension) "Not allowed" all the dll that belong to other installations. I
think thats what you mean when you say "IIS still configured to old web tier
dlls?".
