Sure, here is a tiny MGP with the AQUA web layout.   To see errors simply
click measure tool in the FUSION layout to see that the tool is 5 or 6
orders of magnitude off in terms of measurement.  If I choose Spherical
Mercator, the measure tool is fixed.

Not sure where the error lies - but issue does not occur in AJAX vierwer.
