My AJAX viewer URL in Maestro is
"http://localhost/mapguide/mapviewerajax/?WEBLAYOUT=Library://Coalhurst/Layouts/Coalhurst.WebLayout"

Should there not be a ajaxviewer.aspx before the ?WEBLAYOUT.
