Hi,

I saw this issue today on Win2k3 ad MGE2011 but it was because I had edited
my "providers.xml" file manually and added KingOra without the correct
supporting DLLs (Oracle Instant Client).

Out the box it was OK - though for MapGuide Enterprise you may find more
luck on the Autodesk forums:
