Can you make a ticket on trac describing this exact problem and attach the
following:

 1. This exact screenshot
 2. The WMS configuration document at the moment you try to save it. In the
WMS Feature Source editor, scroll down to the "Other Options" tab, and click
"Edit Configuration Document". Copy/paste the XML content into a text file
and attach that.
 3. The WMS server URL if it is publically accessible.

I'll see what I can do.
