Just wondering...what is the difference between the 2.2 documentation and
what Autodesk has on their website (at least for the developer's guide). 
Autodesk has documentation for

2010 Enterprise  and now I notice that they have a new wikipage for 
http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/Infr._Map_Server/enu/2012 infrastructure map
server  which essentially contains the same developer's documentation as
mapguide enterprise (plus a bit more).  Between the two, I notice a few more
sections added in the developer's guide compared to the MGOS 2.0
documentation (mostly for flexible web layouts).
