What you could do is do a subversion checkout of the following directories
from 

http://svn.osgeo.org/mapguide/branches/2.2/MgDev/Web/src/

- mapviewerphp
- viewerfiles
- stdicons
- any other directories you may have modified

And then trickle in your modifications. If anything goes wrong, you can svn
revert back to a clean slate.

If your modifications haven't touched anything under mapviewerphp or
viewerfiles, you could probably do a wholesale replacement of your existing
mapviewerphp and viewerfiles with the v2.2 copies (backing up the original
dirs in case things go wrong of course)
