ok your right it was becuase I was in debug mode, strange thing is it also
works if you place an alert box before "if (document.styleSheets) {" in
Scalebar.js strange....

If it's still not working I've managed to sort of get it working not sure
why it works but it does.

modify scalebartool.js

enclose the following in a try catch statement.

and in the catch put return 0;
