MapGuide only supports DWF and KML as vector output formats. For purposes of
printing/plotting, DWF is the only supported format at the moment.

To plot your map as a DWF, add/modify your SaveMap widget extension
parameters so that:

 * Format = DWF
 * ResourceId = Resource ID of the Print Layout

Invoking this widget will plot the current view of your map as a DWF using
the specified Print Layout
