If a Feature Source's coordinate system does not match your Map Definition's
coordinate system, MapGuide will reproject features from that Feature Source
when rendering.

This applies to *any* FDO provider.

wrt SQL Server 2008, you may need to use ExtendedCoordSys.txt to specify a
CS translation table

If you need such a file, an installation of FDO Toolbox
