The Property Panel did get updated to support display of multiple selected
features (RFC71), but the public API remains the same.

You may want to test if typeof(propertyCtrl.SetProperties) == 'function'
after replacing the frame url. Firebug would've probably raised some errors
(if you don't have this installed, you should :))
