i've checked manualy capabilities of wms server sending this request:

http://sdi.geoportal.gov.pl/wms_budynki_bdot_2010/request.aspx?SERVICE=wms&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetCapabilities

and i've got reply (bellow just only part of):

"/<WMT_MS_Capabilities updateSequence="34" version="1.1.1">
- <Service>
  <Name>OGC:WMS</Name>/ "

where can i change in code if it is possible to add version to request (i've
installed mgos 2.1 and 2.2 for windows) or i'm to positive in thinking that
it's so easy?
