[mapguide-users] Search for a feature based on feature ID

Unfortunately, MapGuide is not an app that is easy to learn. 
Particularly not on a short schedule.
When I was ramping up to do some C# work, I found the PHP scripts on 
this page quite useful:

The best way to figure out MapGuide is to spend some quality time with 
the search engine of your choice; this list, and several blogs have some 
really good info, but you need to dig for it. Also, the C# & PHP APIs 
are effectively the same in structure, so if you find a sample/snippet 
in one language, it is easy to port to the language you're using.
