Hi Jackie,


I installed PostgreSQL 9.1 64bit, then copied the bin folder that contains the libpq.dll and added to environment variables. Now it works!

Just got the question, how does the 32bit version works, even without installing PostgreSQL on the machine and without the libpq.dll?
