[mapguide-users] Hyperlink in tool tip

Hi Darwin,
I believe you will need to edit the 'ajaxmappane.templ' file.

In there are some functions:
1. DisplayHyperlinkTip(x,y)
2. HideHyperlinkTip()

I believe you'll need to deal with the Null case for the
document.getElementById call.

I have done that in the past with success.
