[mapguide-users] Create Layer from MySQL Database Table

Try connecting to the MySQL db using the ODBC provider as that is the only
provider that lets you configure Feature Classes from tables with X/Y/Z
columns.

You also have to use 4.0.2 or a newer release as ODBC configuration support
was broken before then.
