[mapguide-users] MapTip in Fusion

Most text are localizable, so you should be able to find the string in
question under fusion/text/en or fusion/text/en.json and change the value
there.

May need to restart the web server (Apache) or recycle the application pool
(IIS) for the new strings to kick in.
