[mapguide-users] Problem with SQL connection

Service: The SQL Server instance name (Lap-01\SQLEXPRESS)
DataStore: The name of the SQL Server database
Username: The SQL Server username
Password: The SQL Server password

If username/password both blank, the SQL Server FDO provider will default to
Windows Authentication using the account the MapGuide Server process is
running under
