[mapguide-users] Fusion tool tip

Fusion can have a tool tip showing an image.  There is a site from Jackie
showing the following text.

I am having issues with the image.php file and having the image open.  Is
this code available?

MGOS 2.2 IIS 7 on Server 2008.
