[mapguide-users] Mg-Desktop : symbol in the wrong location with comma decimal separator

I come back with a problem half solved for the location symbols.

This is a problem of decimal separator.

I'm French and, like all Latin peoples we use comma as decimal separator.

Also by changing the parameter in the control panel the problem is
temporarily resolved.

We believe that Mg-Destop is a great solution for mobile GIS and we want to
use it from a USB key.

Also it's difficult to ask a user to change the decimal separator every time
he uses a different PC.

Where can I edit the code to handle this problem permanently ? I just begin
in C#.
