Is your current Server exposed to the web?  If so, what is it's IP or URL?

Then you change your link to:

http://<whatever your site
is>/mapguide/fusion/templates/aqua/index.html?ApplicationDefinition=Library://Layouts/kokocz.ApplicationDefinition&locale=en

I would make this even smaller and put it in an iframe within a index.htm or
default page
