[mapguide-users] MapGuide 2.2 GDAL Raster Provider - a little help finding some files

Thanks for the response!  Actually, I just got a response from Tamas who
had an old copy of the file that I was looking for.  I'm going to give it a
go before resorting to trying with a newer, or custom build of GDAL.  Good
to know that you've had good luck with your own builds if I need to go that
route.
