Ah thx - it worked. Values of 250 helped here.

Sometimes it´s just good to let someone other to look at the code.

 maybe you just have to scale it bigger?
 Add like
               <ScaleX>10</ScaleX>
               <ScaleY>10</ScaleY>
 before        <SizeContext>MappingUnits</SizeContext>
 and adjust the values. How much is for example 10 mapping units? Not  much?
