I haven't tried (on my win7 64bit I installed 32bit mapguide),
but I would try a couple of options:
Try one: Set in project settings -> Compile -> Platform: "x64" (NOT "Any
Cpu").
Try two: Set "x86" as platform and the add an application pool with enable
32 bit applications to true.
The problem for the second try is that probaly you will need c/c++ 32bit
dlls, anyway if you need to support both 32 and 64 bit PCs, you will need
to use 32 bit mapguide...
