[mapguide-users] How to change the select cursor

In ajaxmappane.templ there is a function UpdateMapActionCursor()

Add a case for 15 (action code for select) and set the cursor to the name of
your custom select cursor (your cursor has to be in stdicons)

In the function SetCurrentToolCursor() add a case for 0 (active tool code
for select) and use the same cursor name
