[mapguide-users] Problem programmatically adding users

problem seems to be limited to GrantGroupMembershipsToUsers or
GrantRoleMembershipsToUsers and happens even from the Site Administrator.
When these functions are called, all users are any more accessible except
the last one in alphabetical userid order.
Could it be due to some incorrect/broken library accessing users database?
