[mapguide-users] selecting an entity programmatically as selected with mouse

I need to select programmatically an entity. 

What I found in the examples till now, is only how to get entities tha
fulfills certain conditions, but what I need, is that given a certain
featureid and schema, make the entities that fullfulls the condition be
selected, as if I had selected them with the mouse, showing it at the map as
being selected.
