[mapguide-users] MappingService spitting out screwy DWFs, layers all messed up

Hello,

I have a map which blends DWF layers and FDO layers. When i plot to DWF with
the mapping service, the layers are not reflective of what was displayed in
the AJAX viewer. More specifically, the list of layers in the "Layers"
section of Autodesk Design Review only has a partial list. And for the
layers that do appear, much of the map's data isn't assigned correctly.

Also, has anyone figured out how to remove the pesky black border that gets
assigned?
I've set my PlotSpec like so and it is hidden in Design Review, but then
appears when you print to paper.

MgPlotSpecification plotSpec = new MgPlotSpecification(17, 11,
MgPageUnitsType.Inches, 0, 0, 0, 0);
