[mapguide-users] Hyperlink in Selection panel

[GIS4U]

We modified the propertyctrl.templ (on a site by site basis) to look for a
specific property name (ie 'Township') and if it finds it, set the value of
a variable to something like:

var testStr = 'http://www.myserver.com/townshipplans/files/TOWNSHIP-LINK/'
+ (+properties[i].value) + '.pdf';

and then fill the value in the table to that variable wrapped in an anchor
tag.
