If you go to these files:

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Infrastructure Web Server Extension
2012\www\fusion\lib

fusion.js
fusionSF.js
fusionSF-compressed.js

Search for imperial........don't bother with the imperial : Imperial case
equator stuff.  About three or four "find nexts" in, you'll see a spot where
it says Imperial: "Miles" or Imperial: 'Miles'....change those to feet.

Not too sure about getting down to US Survey Feet....I've noticed a bunch of
places in this app has conversion factors that I think are not precise
enough to bother with that anyway.
