Yes, of course. I've used MgCooker 5.0b1 vs both AIMS 2012 64bits (Windows
Server 2008) and MGOS 2.4 32bits (Windows 7).

AIMS 2012 Studio does a bit better. It creates "only" 80% of useless tiles.
I've written to Autodesk supportt for that and I'm waiting for an answer.
But MgCooker is much worse and creates 90% - 95% of useless tiles (in the
better scenario witn "official method" checked).

Zac, do you know what do "official method" and "meter pr. unit" mean?
MgCooker with a default config tries to create more than 1'000'000 tiles!
With this option it reduces to half (and when I talk to 90% of wasted time I
refer to this "better" option). I would like to understand better how to
play with "meter pr. unit" but I really can't understand the meaning.

IMPORTANT PS:
yesterday I've made further tests and I've tried to play with
serverconfig.ini tile settings. Well... I've stressed MG setting big values
for
DefaultTileSizeX                   = 5000
DefaultTileSizeY                   = 5000

The result makes evident an MgCooker error: it continues to create exactly
the same number of tiles and it should not. Greater is the tile dimension,
less you will need (I think). But the number of tiles generated does not
change (please note that I've restared MGOS after each serverconfig.ini
change). Again, this test I've made on MgCooker vs both MGOS 2.4 and AIMS
2012.
