Thanks for your reply

  I solved this in a different manner. I found options horizontal alignment
and vertical alignment in mapguide maestro where as those are disabled in my
mapguide enterprise 2011 map guide studio. i found those options in maestro,
i saved these layers as xml and create the package  through programmatically 
i resolved the issue block layer horizantal alignment as left and plot layer
label as right then both are showing.
