[mapguide-users] Application definition - cannot add container

Using Maestro 4.0.3 and MGOS2.2 when I click the "Add container" button at
the widgets list. Nothing happens!
Am I the only one who experiences this? If I edit the XML, I can manually
add a new container (eg a toolbar at the bottom), but in preview the
container is not shown.
Are the containers defined by the template and not to be changed? Then why
are the "Add Container" button present?
